  • Configuring Depersonalization Of User Data When Deleted In AD

To depersonalize data of the users whose accounts were deleted from Active Directory, go to depersonalization settings in the system web interface in the Synchronizations tab on the Settings/Administration/User synchronization page.

The data of all users that were previously synchronized from the Active Directory but now are missing from the synchronized objects is depersonalized.

If depersonalization is enabled for an employee, then if the account is removed from Active Directory, the user is disconnected from Active Directory in the system, access is disabled, and data is depersonalized. It is still possible to edit the user profile and use the account for local login to the system.

Enable depersonalization

Depersonalization occurs by replacing user data with a unique employee serial number in the system. In the depersonalized employee profile, all previously filled data fields are filled with "[employee_id] No name".
