Description of the Operavix System
In this article
Operavix is an active business analytics system designed for large companies. The system offers two main groups of capabilities:
- Process analytics: analysis of processes and operations down to the level of elementary actions (clicks, field entries, switching between applications and tabs). It provides a complete picture of how processes and operations are carried out.
- Active analytics: a combination of classical business analytics and an automation module. It allows for the automation of actions and routine decision-making through predefined scenarios of reaction to events.
These capabilities are achieved through a unique combination of four technologies: Business Intelligence (BI), Process Mining, Task Mining, and Automation:
- Business Intelligence is a technology that enables the creation of visual reports and data visualization for business insights. The technology can calculate KPIs and visualize their trends facilitating data-driven business decision-making
- Process Mining is a technology that can reconstruct the actual execution of business processes based on data from the company's information systems and identify all bottlenecks and deviations. The resulting information can be used to accelerate processes, enhance transparency, reduce operational costs, and assess the potential impact of optimizations
- Task Mining is a technology that monitors the business activities of employees to analyze labor costs and find optimization opportunities. Task Mining records all business actions performed by users on a computer, allowing for detailed analysis of how operations are carried out and how much time they take. It helps improve business efficiency by optimizing operation algorithms and identifying routine tasks for automation
- Automation is a technology that enables the automation of actions and business decisions based on data analysis and predefined reaction scenarios to events. It can automatically take actions when key performance indicators deviate from target values
