System Integration with External Automated Systems
Interaction Between Operavix and Other Automated Systems
Interaction between Operavix and other automated systems is performed using the system's API. Both one-way and mutual authentication are supported.
For one-way authentication, an API key is used. With this key, the external automated system can authenticate in Operavix.
Mutual authentication can be performed using SSL certificates.
Integrations with various automated systems are possible to enrich Operavix with additional data. Implementation of each integration is discussed separately.
Integration with Active Directory
The system supports integration with Active Directory. This integration provides the following capabilities:
- Importing employee reference data into the system based on user attributes in AD
- User authentication in the system using AD credentials
- Monitoring agent authentication on the application server based on domain membership in AD
Data Transfer Protocols
The following protocols can be used for data exchange between system components and external automated systems:
- HTTP/HTTPS
- LDAP/LDAPS
Integration with Other Automated Systems
Integrations with various automated systems are possible to enrich Operavix with additional data. Implementation of each integration is discussed separately.
Logging System and Automated System Interactions
Interaction between Operavix and external automated systems is logged within the system. All integration connections are made through API keys, which are recorded in the security log as the interaction source.
