Filtering
In this article
In the system, you can apply filtering on the Users page.
How filters work:
- Applied filters are displayed below the Filter button.
- Click the cross icon in an added filter to remove it.
- Regardless of modules, the same filter can be added only once.
- If a filter that already exists in the list is added again, it is overwritten with the new value.
- Filter values are sorted alphabetically. Values starting with 1–9 are displayed first, followed by A–Z (a–z).
- You can modify a filter for a specific parameter in two ways:
- Go to the filter with this parameter and edit it.
- Remove the current filter and create a new one for the required parameter.
User Filtering
Click the Filter button located to the left of the search field.
You can filter the user list by the following parameters:
- Authentication — filtering by authentication type
- License — filtering by license type
- Access role — filtering by existing access roles
Note
If a user does not have access to filters due to privilege settings, the filter icon is not displayed for them.
Resetting Filters
To clear all filters, click Reset.
