The system home page is the starting page. It displays the user’s most recently used workspaces and bookmarks. Workspaces are sorted in the following order: special characters, numbers, A–Z.

Note

Workspaces to which the user does not have access are not displayed.

From the home page, you can navigate to workspaces by clicking the corresponding button.

To return to the home page, click the Operavix logo tab in the upper left corner of the navigation panel.

Recent Workspaces

This section displays workspaces the user has worked with recently. The maximum number of displayed workspaces is 4.

To open a workspace, click the workspace card:

  • With the left mouse button
  • With the right mouse button, then click Edit Navigate to workspace profile

Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow you to group and pin workspaces on the home page. When you click a bookmark, only the cards associated with it are displayed.

To add a bookmark with a group of workspaces, click the + button, specify the group name, and click Add.

Note

A bookmark name cannot exceed 40 characters.

Creating a bookmark

To rename or delete an existing bookmark, click the context menu next to its name and select the required action.

Editing a bookmark

You can also create a bookmark in the Workspaces section. To do this, right-click a workspace card and select To the main page from the context menu. In the list that opens, select an existing bookmark group or create a new one by clicking the + New group button.

Adding a bookmark

A workspace that is in bookmarks can be removed from bookmarks or edited. To do this, click the workspace card and select the appropriate action.

Bookmarks and Tags

You can filter workspaces by tags. To do this:

  1. Click the filter button to the left of the search bar.
  2. On the side panel, select the filter mode. Available modes are Selected, Excluded, Empty value, and Non-empty value.
  3. Check the desired tags.
  4. Click Apply.
