How to Recover Your Password

Password Recovery

To recover your password:

1. Click the Forgot your password? button.
2. Enter your login.
3. Click the Restore password button.
4. An instruction for password recovery will be sent to the email address specified in your profile.
5. The password recovery link is valid for 24 hours.
6. In the email, click the Recover password button and set a new password.

Password Expiration

The system administrator can set a password expiration period.

In this case:

1. Sign in to the system.
2. The authorization screen will display: For security reasons, passwords are updated regulary.
3. Enter a new password.
4. Re-enter the password.
5. Sign in to the system.
