Signing in to the System
In this article
- Go to the link provided to you by the system administrator.
- Enter your login.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
After authentication, the Workspace page opens.
Signing in to the System via Active Directory
To sign in to the system, click Login using Active Directory.
If integration with Active Directory is configured and built-in authentication is disabled, you will automatically sign in to the system even if your session was interrupted. In this case, the Login using Active Directory button is not displayed during subsequent authentication attempts.
Authentication via Mozilla Firefox Browser
To configure signing in to the system via Active Directory in the Mozilla Firefox browser:
- Go to Mozilla Firefox browser settings.
- Enter Allow Windows single sign-on in the search field, find the option Allow Windows single sign-on for Microsoft accounts, work, and school accounts in the results, and check the box.
- Enter about:config in the address bar and press Enter. If a warning page appears, click Accept the Risk and Continue.
- Enter network.negotiate in the search field.
- Click the toggle button in the network.negotiate-auth.allow-non-fqdn parameter row to set this parameter to true. Click the edit button in the network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris and network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris parameter rows, enter your domain, and click the save button.
Authentication configuration is complete. Return to the system login page and click Login using Active Directory.
