This section will help you quickly install the Operavix system and begin working with it. It also describes the key technologies used in the system.
Completing all quick start steps requires the involvement of two specialists:
- Administrator — responsible for installing and performing initial system configuration
- Analyst — creates a dashboard for working with data
Administrator tasks:
- Install the Operavix application.
- Install the ClickHouse analytical database management system.
- Configure the connection between the Operavix application and the ClickHouse DBMS.
- Create the first user account in the system.
- Create a workspace and grant the user access to it.
- If using Task Mining technology, install monitoring agents on employee workstations.
After completing these steps, the system will be ready for basic use.
Analyst tasks:
- Create the first dashboard in the system.
- Configure widgets and indicators for data visualization.
- Publish the dashboard.
