What Is Operavix
In this article
Operavix is an active business analytics system that provides a wide range of capabilities for optimizing the operations of large enterprises. These capabilities are enabled by four core technologies:
- Business Intelligence (BI) — a technology for creating analytical reports and visualizing business data. BI helps calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their trends, supporting informed managerial decision-making
- Process Mining — reconstructs the actual execution of business processes based on data from the company’s information systems, identifies bottlenecks and deviations, and finds ways to increase transparency and accelerate processes
- Task Mining — tracks employee actions on workstations and analyzes effort spent on business operations. Task Mining records actions such as clicks, field entries, and window switching. Data from sensitive fields (logins, passwords) is not captured, while information from other fields is stored as hash sums (CRC32), enabling identification of unique values without revealing their content
- Automation — enables automation of actions and decision-making based on data analysis and predefined scenarios. This technology allows the system to automatically respond to deviations from standard values—for example, by sending notifications or adjusting task priority
In addition to these core technologies, the Operavix system offers several supplementary tools that significantly extend its functionality and enable even more effective use of data to achieve business goals:
- Customer Journey Tracking — a feature implemented via code embedded on the customer’s website. The JS tracker captures all user actions, enabling end-to-end tracking of the customer journey—from the moment they enter the site to completing payment for a product or service. Customer journey analysis also helps identify weaknesses in the user interface that may cause difficulties when users search for products or services
- Dynamic Dashboards — a new stage in the evolution of reporting visualization. Dynamic dashboards allow users to modify report content in real time, offering a more flexible and interactive approach to data analysis
- AI Assistant — an artificial intelligence–based module that automatically analyzes data uploaded to the system and processes text and voice queries. In response, the AI Assistant provides ready-made widgets such as indicators, histograms, or bar charts. A key feature of the AI Assistant is that all data processing occurs within the customer’s environment, ensuring data security. Rapid analytics helps managers make timely decisions based on accurate and up-to-date data
