In the Administration section on the Users page, you can apply bulk actions to users and departments. Bulk actions allow you to assign parameters to users without opening each user’s profile individually.

The following bulk actions are available:

To apply an action, select users and click the button showing the number of selected users/departments. In the dropdown list, click the desired action.

Assignment list

In the side panel that appears, configure the required settings — for example, authentication, access role, or another option. Click the Apply button. To cancel the action, click the Cancel button.

You can apply an action only if at least 1 user or department is selected.

To reassign a bulk action:

  1. Select the users or departments for which you need to reassign the action.
  2. Click the button showing the selected users/departments, then select the required action.
  3. In the side panel that appears, clear the checkbox for the previously selected option and check the new option.
  4. Click the Apply button.

Authentication

Available authentications are those created in the system. You can assign multiple authentications simultaneously.

Authentication type

Authentications assigned to users or departments are marked with a checkbox in the side panel. When you select another authentication, it is added to the assigned ones. To remove an assigned authentication, clear its checkbox and click Apply.

Important

If a user has no authentication assigned, they will not be able to log in to the system.

Access Role

Available access roles include those created in the system as well as predefined roles: Administrator and Information Security Administrator. You can assign multiple access roles simultaneously.

Access roles assigned to users or departments are marked with a checkbox in the side panel. When you select another access role, it is added to the assigned ones. To remove an assigned access role, clear its checkbox and click Apply.

The following license types are available for assignment:

  • Business User (Basic)
  • Business User (Process)
  • Business User (Multiprocess)
  • Analyst (Basic)
  • Analyst (Process)
  • Analyst (Multiprocess)
  • Monitoring (Basic)
  • Monitoring (Extended)

License types

The Available column shows the number of licenses of each type available for assignment to users and departments.

Licenses assigned to users or departments are marked with a checkbox in the side panel. To remove an assigned license, clear its checkbox and click Apply. To reassign a license, first clear the checkbox for the currently assigned license, then check the new license and click Apply.

Note
  • You can assign a license to users and departments simultaneously.
  • If you assign a license to two users and one of them already has a license, only 1 license will be consumed.

System Language

Russian and English languages are available for assignment.

You can move users or departments to another department or select the No department option by clicking the button in the lower right corner.

Merging Users

To merge users, select the users you want to merge. In the window that opens, choose from the dropdown list the account into which you want to merge the others.

The functionality to split merged sources (users) is currently unavailable.

Deleting Users and Departments

A department must not contain any users to be deleted. To delete a department that contains users or sub-departments, first move or delete them.

Note

Users deleted from the system cannot be restored.
